This was our repeat visit after many years, our check-in was smooth had booked studio room and was allotted mountain view room, some of the rooms have been renovated and the room was very good and specious with all the fittings in good shape, the house keeping staff were very efficient in keeping the room neat and clean every day, the restaurant was small but decent enough to accommodate the guests, they had out door sitting also, the restaurant food was good under the supervision of chef Mr Anuj but they should make some serious changes in deserts which were not up to mark mostly repeated and not satisfactory, we also tried to tell the staff for to make changes in coconut chutney provided during breakfast but they were not interested to rectify or make any changes, the staff at the restaurant were very efficient specially Mr Pankaj, Mr Dheeraj, Mr Kapil, Mr Surjeet and Ms Manisha, the other staff at the reception were also very helpful, we enjoyed our 8 days stay at leisure viewing snow clad mountains and cool weather.

Wonderful location with a great view of the mountains from the resort. Very professional, polite and nice staff, very happy with the service. Shoutout to Hiten and Nisha's Himachali dance during the evening activities! Overall an enjoyable holiday, would definitely recommend! :)

Me and wife visited Club Mahindra Resorts Dharmsala from 12th March until 19 th March'2024. This was a leisure trip and really we enjoyed our stay with awesome hospitality. While check in we were welcomed well and moved to our one BR room. At front office Mr. Dilbagh, Madam Manisha , Ramesh Bhatia and Madam Nisha were present during check in and supported well. Ramesh Bhatia and Madam Nisha arranged our local sightseeing arrangement. Room up keep was excellent and had a beautiful view.. Restaurant food was excellent, it has very good presentation and taste. The whole credit goes to Mr. Rangeel Kapoor, Ashok and Pankaj under the guidance of Exe, Chef. Anuj Srivastawa. At last I will conclude that Mr. Vikas GM Resort has developed a dedicated team under his management. GOOD LUCK TO ENTIRE TEAM.

Wonderful holiday at Club Mahindra Dharamshala

We visited Club Mahindra Dharamshala end of March 24 and our experience was wonderful. Resort location is great and we could see snow clad peaks from the resort itself. Resort staff was extremely courteous and manager Ramesh was very helpful in arranging all logistics for our trip. Rooms were well maintained and spacious for a family of 4, though the studio room did not had a kitchenet as usually the case with club Mahindra resorts. Resort member Nisha was our tour guide for the mountain safari and she was a wonderful guide, took lot of family pics, went out of her way to make sure we had fun during the trek. All in all it was a delightful and memorable trip.

Great Hospitality by each and every one , including reception , housekeeping , restaurant and activity center staff. Visit highpoint was deliciously made food. Property has good rooms with snow peaked mountains. Every staff member was very polite , humble and helpful.
